Celebrities, Sugar, and the Truth: A Food Technologist's PerspectiveIt's disheartening to see celebrities promoting sugary products while labeling sugar as "poison." As a food technologist, I believe it's important to set the record straight. While excessive sugar consumption is undoubtedly linked to numerous health issues, sugar itself is a natural nutrient essential for our bodies. The key lies in moderation and balance.Let's focus on promoting healthier lifestyles and making informed choices. Instead of demonizing sugar, let's encourage people to opt for whole, unprocessed foods and limit their intake of added sugars. What are your thoughts on this topic? Let's discuss and share information about healthy eating habits.#healthyeating#nutrition#wellness#healthylifestyle#food#fitness#diet#weightloss#healthyfood

I completely agree with your perspective. The conversation around sugar often gets skewed by extremes, where it's either glorified or villainized, depending on trends or who’s speaking. Sugar is a natural carbohydrate that the body uses for energy, and it's found in many whole foods like fruits and vegetables. However, the problem arises when it's consumed in excess, especially through highly processed foods and sugary drinks, which can lead to metabolic disorders like obesity and diabetes.Your call for moderation and balance is crucial. People should be educated about the different types of sugars—natural vs. added sugars—and understand how to incorporate them into a healthy diet. It's not about cutting out sugar completely but rather focusing on quality, understanding portion control, and prioritizing whole foods.

Ultra-processed foods are industrial products made from extracted or synthesized food substances with little to no whole foods. Examples include fast food, sodas, sweets, baked goods, and chips. These items are readily found in supermarkets, fast-food chains, and convenience stores, making them a convenient but often less nutritious option. Despite their widespread availability, most ultra-processed foods aren't necessarily bad for us in moderation. However, the key to mitigating potential negative effects lies in incorporating more fiber into your diet. Fiber plays a crucial role in maintaining a healthy digestive system and can help balance the consumption of these processed foods. By ensuring a higher intake of fiber-rich foods such as whole grains, fruits, and vegetables, you can promote better overall health and well-being.In this video, we'll delve deeper into the impact of ultra-processed foods on our health and explore practical ways to increase your fiber intake. #Eating Less - A Punishment The practices of counting calories and eating less have come into existence because of Refined grains, #Sugar, Processed food and Refined vegetable oils. Nature has no such rule of eating less, in fact it encourages eating till one is completely satiated. That's the law of Nature and it is applicable to only those who subsist on a natural food. Why this stress? Why this fight? Why this suppression? Counting calories isn't exactly a bad thing, but it's not the whole story when it comes to nutrition and weight management. While calories are a measure of energy, and balancing energy intake with expenditure is crucial for weight maintenance, focusing solely on calorie counting can overlook the importance of nutrient quality and overall diet composition. When you are consuming a natural whole food diet like veggies, eggs, meat, fruits, nuts, seeds, natural fat like Ghee, butter, coconut etc. Control happens automatically. You don't feel like consuming unless you are really hungry, and overeating on natural foods is out of the question. Because of its stimulative quality, Refined and processed foods can be consumed even without feeling hungry and therefore encourages overeating. If you are eager to have only incorrect foodstuffs, are forced to do so, there is no option but to accept the accompanying punishment of eating less, disciplining yourself, dieting and so on. The alternative is to adopt a natural whole food diet and free yourself of all irrelevant practices.#weightlossmyth #weightlossjourney #fitness #healthylifestyle #motivation #health #healthy #weightloss #diet #fitnessmotivation #healthyfood #weightlosstransformation #gym #fit #nutrition #fitfam #fatloss #healthyeating #exercise #slimmingworld #weightlossmotivation #transformation #keto #bodybuilding #healthyliving #personaltrainer #lifestyle #food #fitnessjourney #training

Did you know that sugar is not actually food? Despite being commonly consumed, sugar provides no essential nutrients and can lead to negative health effects when consumed in excess.
